It's not for everyone really, but there is a niche for vintage classics, and there are many to see. I have learned to appreciate the classic, like a beautiful snowfall. It's brisk timeless beauty blankets all the nonsense, and contrary to lacking special effects, is rather poetic in language or silent and persuasive. The classics to me are a different form of media; insightful entertainment, comparable to art history. One of my favorites is Casablanca(1943), a story of love and and self-preservation. It is a beautiful struggle for all that is good in a war-torn world.
